Ceramic structural components
Powder forming with high hardness, the mold is divided into upper mold, lower mold, and concave mold, and some products with holes may require a core rod. In order to improve the service life and product consistency, tungsten steel should be used as much as possible for the working parts of the concave mold and core rod. Tungsten steel can also be used for products with simple upper and lower mold shapes and high production output. If the shape is too complex, especially on the end face of the mold, it is advisable to use mold steel for easy processing.
Electronic ceramics
Powder forming, depending on different products, the pressing density may vary. Most small products are solid small discs, and more use a 20 station rotary press. The mold structure is: upper mold, lower mold, and concave mold; Pay attention to the fit gap during production. If the gap is not suitable, it can cause layering and missing corners.
Large circular electronic ceramics will be pressed using a nine station rotary press. The mold structure includes an upper mold, a lower mold, a core rod, and a concave mold. During production, attention should be paid to the contour and fit clearance of the mold.
